Decking
Building a Deck?
You have many choices of decking material. Each material looks and performs slightly differently. Come in to Berco Redwood to see and feel full-sized installations of many of these materials. While you are here, ask any questions you might have about your project. We are happy to share our considerable experience to help guide you through your decision.

Redwood Decking
Redwood deck boards are nominally 2"x6" measuring 1-1/2" by 5-1/2". They are surfaced in all four sides.
We sell lengths of 6' to 20' in two-foot increments.
We offer 9 choices of redwood deck boards: Clear Heart, Heart Bee, Select Heart, Construction Heart, Clear Aye Grade, Bee Grade, Select Grade, Construction Common, and Primo Bullnose.
Hardwood Decking
Tropical hardwoods have been highly desirable as decking material because of their high density and resistance to damage from insects and molds as well as their beautiful color and textures.
Hardwood decks can be stained with a penetrating oil finish to maintain the deep color. We carry the penetrating stains
specially made for hardwood.
Porch Floor Decking
In many homes, porch flooring is the first surface you and your visitors experience when entering your home.
Porch floor materials should generally be more refined and finished looking than outdoor decking, even though they are weather-resistant and durable.

Composite Products
Composite lumber is an environmentally friendly, man-made product made of recycled plastic and wood fiber. Decks made of composite boards resist weather and insect damage and require less maintenance than natural wood decks.
Berco Redwood stocks Trex® and offers other brands of composite decking. We have full-size, walk on displays that are exposed to weather and foot traffic every day so you can see how they wear in real life situations.
